Fernando
Fernando is one of the three Mole Brothers who is stationed on Rith Essa with his dog Flopsy in a small hut at the entrance to his family's mine. When Vela met him, he confessed to be extremely bored of guarding the area and asked her if she had anything to take his mind of things. She gave him a magazine and, in exchange, he gives her the key to the mine.
